Celebrating Our Incredible Support Teams

Disability Service Professionals Week

Every day across Saskatchewan, the teams at SaskAbilities show up to make a difference.

They support individuals in building confidence, learning new skills, finding meaningful employment, and taking part in their communities. Whether through employment programs, daily living supports, recreation, or Camp Easter Seal, their work turns possibility into progress.

Sometimes, that progress looks like a first day on the job.
Sometimes it’s learning something new.
Sometimes it’s simply feeling included.

From May 11 to 17, 2026, we recognize this work during Disability Service Professionals Week.

This week reflects a broader commitment to accessibility across the province, including efforts like the Saskatchewan Disability Strategy and the Accessible Saskatchewan Act.

At SaskAbilities, our professionals bring that commitment to life every day by meeting people where they are, removing barriers, and supporting independence.

To all disability service professionals. Thank you.

Your work builds confidence.
It creates opportunity.
And it strengthens communities across Saskatchewan.
