Easter Seals™ Drop Zone 2021 has been put on pause, but will return to Regina in Summer of 2022!

It is with great regret that we announce the cancelation of this year’s Drop Zone that was scheduled to occur in Regina on August 28, 2021. There is a lot of planning and fundraising that goes into hosting a successful Drop Zone prior to the actual event date each year. With the pandemic, it has been difficult for participants to do the necessary fundraising in the months leading up to the event. All participants already registered will continue to fundraise towards 2022. Anyone that has not signed up yet but would like to join, may register at dropzoneyqr.ca

Since 2006, Easter Seals™ Drop Zone has raised $1,938,502.00 for children and youth experiencing disability in Saskatchewan. Harvard Developments, along with its Downtown Building Partners, have made this event possible for many years and are excited to be hosting the event once again in 2022. Safety is always our top priority, and we continue to plan for a safe and enjoyable event for our Drop Zone participants, building occupants, and visitors of Downtown Regina. With restrictions currently lifting across the province, we are confident that 2022 will be a huge success! We also thank Service Hospitality for their unwavering support as our presenting sponsor for 2022.

The Easter Seals™ Drop Zone is a knee-shaking, heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping fundraising adventure that encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and face your fears by rappelling from the top of a towering high-rise building – all in support of Canadians living with disabilities. Register as an individual, or better yet, create a team of superheroes and take the Drop Zone challenge with your friends, family or colleagues.

For individuals of all ability, the Easter Seals™ Drop Zone gives you a once-in-a-lifetime chance to challenge yourself and change lives! Since 2005, thousands of ordinary people all across Canada have become superheroes in support of Easter Seals Drop Zone. If you would like more information about Drop Zone in Regina, please visit dropzoneyqr.ca, or contact Trevor Howell at events@saskabilities.ca or call (306) 374-4448.
