October is Disability Employment Awareness Month!

As part of a national campaign, Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM) is celebrated throughout the province of Saskatchewan every October. Disability Employment Awareness month is an opportunity to promote employment inclusion for people with disabilities, and benefits of diversifying the workforce.

Employment agencies like SaskAbilities Partners in Employment help people reach their potential every day, through training, mentorship and workplace support. Partners in Employment provides a client-centered approach that assists job seekers in meeting their career goals. We support job seekers with a diverse range of skills, abilities, and education, who are ready to begin work today.

SaskAbilities branches throughout the province are hosting a variety of programs to mark the event.
