Medline Canada Recalls 3″ Walker Wheels

• All clients who may have received product affected by this recall will be notified via letter from the Special Needs Equipment program.
• Letters will be mailed between October 28, 2022 and November 4, 2022.

Clients will be asked to contact Special Needs Equipment and through a series of questions, staff will determine if the products used by the client require replacement.

• Replacement of the wheel assemblies can be done at any Special Needs Equipment location, or we can ship replacement components to the client.
