SLYP-Out is a recreational program offered in all branches that provides children and youth experiencing disability opportunities to interact, have fun, and gain independence while participating in social, leisure, recreational and cultural activities within the community.

Participant’s growth in self-confidence, independence and self-esteem is fostered through opportunities to develop new friendships and maintain existing friendships by interacting with peer groups in various community activities.
