Acquired Brain Injury Programs

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) programs are offered in Saskatoon and Regina and offer individuals community support through a wide variety of services.

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Programs address community access and rehabilitation support. Participants are matched with a qualified Community Support Worker to help facilitate each individual’s unique goals and interests. 

Acquired Brain Injury Community Support

The Community Support program aims to promote the active participation of individuals with acquired brain injury in the community. A wide variety of services are available to clients including assistance with independent living, community connections such as volunteer opportunities and leisure activities that encourage social interaction.

Aboriginal Acquired Brain Injury Community Support

This program is designed specifically for adults with acquired brain injuries who identify as Aboriginal to provide a connection between participants and their Aboriginal community. In addition to facilitating independent living and peer interaction, the program provides opportunities to engage in cultural activities and events.

These programs are offered in Saskatoon and Regina. New clients are welcome to apply to either program. For more information, please contact the Saskatoon Branch or the Regina Branch.
